Bocadillos is a locally owned and operated slow roasted sandwich shop in Albuquerque’s North Valley. They have become nationally famous via the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. Things are done a bit differently at Bocadillos. Everything Chef Marie and her team create is made from scratch and is as local as possible. All meats for their five specialty sandwiches are roasted daily and the veggies are picked at South Valley farms. All sandwich orders include a salad or chips and iced tea or water. Breakfast items include Marie’s hearty handheld burritos and biscuits with green chile gravy.
