Chef Jamie Young will be at the helm of Rockin’ Taco and looks forward to treating his customers to his "made to order" meals. He attended the Charleston, SC Johnson & Wales Culinary School and has 25 years experience in restaurants from Massachusetts to California. A chef with talent & vision, his menu will provide a fresh, light and tasty fusion of Latin American, Asian and Mexican fare with a culinary twist. The creative menu will provide fresh ingredients, hand made tortillas and house made salsas. Customers can choose from grilled free range chicken, sustainable fresh fish, all natural beef, lean pork and farm fresh veggies.
